Obituary for Mary Leidhecker

Mary Kay Leidhecker, 59, of Clearfield died on Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Penn Highlands Clearfield.
She was born on August 19, 1958 in Clearfield, a daughter of Mary Harzinski.
Mrs. Leidhecker was a third grade school teacher at the Clearfield Elementary School. She enjoyed walking and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed shopping, canoeing, and her dog Chase. She had attended Glad Tidings Assembly of God, Clearfield and most recently attended Hyde Wesleyan Church.
She is survived by her husband, Karl ‘Butch’ Leidhecker; three children, Jason Grumblatt and wife Rebecca of Woodland, Heather Kovalick and fiance Scott Nishida of Shiloh, and Holly Olson and husband Ed of Clearfield; seven grandchildren, Nick Kovalick, Kyle Grumblatt, Avery Grumblatt, Tyler Olson, Grace McCracken, Hayden Kovalick, and Katelyn Olson; and a sister Ruth Owens and husband Mark of Woodland.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Richard and Elva Martell.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Hyde Wesleyan Church on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 11 AM.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Leukemia Society of America, Western Pa Chapter, 333 E Carson St. #441E, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
