Obituary for Angie Weston

Angie D (Hepfer) Weston, 57, of Grampian passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Penn Highlands DuBois.

She was born on June 12, 1965 in DuBois, a daughter of Don and Barbara Carol (Danvir) Hepfer.

Angie was a 1983 graduate of Curwensville Area High School and obtained an Associate Degree in Specialized Business from DuBois Business College. After college she moved to Boston, Massachusetts, in 1988 where she furthered her career as an Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper for various law firms and insurance agencies and this is where she met her son’s father, Mark Weston. Angie and Mark married on October 3, 1992. In 2001, Angie moved back home to Grampian to be closer to her parents and to raise her son in her hometown. She was employed for several years by Marci Nebgen Integrity Services and did bookkeeping through her own business, Weston Business Services, LLC.

Angie was born and raised in the Catholic faith and was a member of St. Bonaventure Roman Catholic Church in Grampian. Angie devoted herself to her work, but also enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, camping, vacationing, playing bingo and also relaxing watching her favorite TV shows.

She is survived by her parents, Don and Barbara Carol (Danvir) Hepfer of Grampian, her son, William Weston of Pittsburgh, PA, William’s father, Mark Weston of Atkinson, New Hampshire, her brother Chris Hepfer and his significant other, Tracey Yeager of Grampian, her sister Kim (Hepfer) McDermott of Curwensville, her nephews AJ Hepfer of Grampian and Jadon McDermott and his wife Mya McDermott of Curwensville.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Duane and Margret Hepfer and her maternal grandparents John and June Danvir along with several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held on June 10, 2023. The location will be announced at a later time.
