Beverly J. Baker, 66, of Punxsutawney, died on October 3, 2018 at UPMC Mercy.

Born March 3, 1952 in DuBois, she was the daughter of Thomas and Ruth (Hoffer) Baker.

As per Mrs. Baker's wishes, there will be no services held at this time.
