Denise Capatch, 56, of Clearfield died on September 7, 2019 at her residence.
Born September 15, 1963 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Carol (Hemphill) Nottingham and the late George Capatch.
She was a homemaker most of her life and is survived by a daughter, Samantha Kruise of Morrisdale.
As per Ms. Capatch's wishes, there will be no services observed.
