Eugene C. Parker, 85, of Altoona, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020 at UPMC Altoona.
Born January 27, 1935, he was the son of the late Paul Vincent and Elizabeth Grace (Patsch) Parker.
Mr. Parker worked as a sales representative for most of his career.
