Frederick L. Weymer, 63, of Patton died on Saturday, May 1st 2021 at UPMC Altoona.

He was born on July 5, 1957 a son to the late Walter and Dorothy (Chirdon) Weymer.

Fred enjoyed the outdoors and painting statues in his shed while listening to Waylon. He never missed a Steelers or Pirates game and loved to watch them with his brothers.

He is survived by his siblings Thomas (Catherine) Weymer, Ashville; James (Roxanne) Weymer, Cresson; Janice Bagley, Patton; Walter (Carol) Weymer, Patton; William (Beth) Weymer, Carrolltown; Robert (Brenda) Weymer; and John (Kitty) Weymer, all of Patton. His children Jason Weymer; Nakia Zungali; Amanda Carnahan; and Heather Weymer. His girlfriend Darlene Gillette and her children Mary and Sammy. Six grandchildren, a great grandson, and multiple nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Rebecca.

Fred was not one for funerals and viewings. A small veteran’s ceremony will be held at the Patton Park memorial, Saturday May 8th at 11:30AM.
