Pedro C. Laguer, 88, of Johnstown, died on March 16, 2019 at Select Specialty Hospital in Johstown.

He was born on June 29, 1930 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Mr. Laguer was a retired postal worker.

There will be no services observed at this time.
