Dawn Phillippi

Dawn Renee Phillippi, 59, of Blairsville, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at her home in October 2026.

Born on June 17, 1967, Dawn was the daughter of Walter F. Phillippi and Sherrie L. Thompson. She was raised in Sharpsburg and Blairsville, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Blairsville Senior High School in 1986.

Dawn is survived by her son, Ty Hertzog; her sister, Charlotte Corrozza; and her brothers, George Phillippi and Charles Phillippi.

As her family mourns her passing, they honor the life they shared with her and the memories that remain. From childhood days in Sharpsburg and Blairsville to her years as a mother and sister, Dawn holds a lasting place in her family's story.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
