Doris Jane Biggie, 76, a beloved Nana and cherished friend, peacefully passed away on April 12, 2025, in Reynoldsville. Born on June 13, 1948, in Dubois, Doris lived a life filled with joy, love, and the warmth of family and friends. She was the daughter of late Harry Dickey and Blanche (Wayland) Dickey.
Doris devoted much of her career to Eat 'n Park, where her friendly demeanor and ever-present smile endeared her to coworkers and patrons alike. Known for her unwavering positivity, she created an atmosphere of kindness that resonated with those fortunate enough to know her. Doris was well-liked, embodying a spirit of hospitality that made each dining experience enjoyable.
Family was at the heart of Doris's life. She cherished the time spent with her loved ones, always finding joy in their company. Doris is survived by her daughter, Tracy Mennitti; her son, Bobby Biggie; and her grandchildren, Megan (Jaden) Mennitti, Angelle (Zack) Biggie, Morgan (Josh) Mennitti. Additionally, she is blessed with six great-grandchildren: Camden, Jace, Gracie, Jaxson, Navy, and Adalee.
Doris also leaves behind her brother, Howie Dickey, who shared many memories with her over the years. Her son-in-law, Darren Mennitti, will remember her for the love and support she provided to their family.
Doris Jane Biggie has left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who knew her, and her legacy of love and laughter will continue to be felt within her family and community. She will be dearly missed but forever remembered for her spirit and kindness.
