Fred Dwayne Harvey Jr.

Fred Dwayne Harvey Jr. was born on March 31, 1961, at Chester County Hospital, and he left us on January 17, 2026, in Dubois, PA. Fred was a devoted family man whose legacy will be cherished by those who knew and loved him.

A skilled carpenter for many years, Fred dedicated himself to his craft, which led him to venture into business with his father and late brother in Fred Harvey and Sons Construction. His commitment to quality work and integrity in business was a hallmark of his career, inspiring those around him.

Fred's family was his pride and joy. He is survived by his beloved wife, Kimberly Harvey; his son, Jeffrey Harvey; and his daughter, Amanda Prew, who brought him immense happiness. He was a proud father-in-law to Dalton Prew and a doting grandfather to Gwendolyn Prew, who added a special light to his life.

Fred's father, Fred Harvey Sr., and his stepmother, Vicki Harvey, continue his family legacy, along with his step-siblings David Wagner, Pamela Robinson, Dawn Wagner, Duane Wagner, and Cheryl Barber, who will hold fond memories of him close to their hearts.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Jeffery Harvey, and his mother, Nancy Ziegler. Their memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved them.
