Helen V. Schall

Helen V Schall, 78, of DuBois, Pa (formerly of Kittanning, Pa) died at Dubois Nursing Home on September, 28, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Helen was born in Creekside, Pa on March 28, 1947 to George Andrew Haggerty and Sara Alta (Grindle) Haggerty. She married her husband, Leroy Schall, on July 9, 1966. Helen enjoyed watching dirt track races and monster trucks, cooking/baking, doing needlepoint crafts and especially playing Bingo. She was affectionately known as “Bingo Helen”.

Helen is survived by her husband, Leroy Schall, DuBois, Pa; son, Robert (Rhonda) Schall, Spring Church, Pa; daughter, Anita Jean (Rod) Adamson, Shelocta, Pa; granddaughter, Eva Schall, Loretto, Pa; grandson, Cameron Schall, Acme, Pa; step-grandsons Zachary Adamson, Clymer Pa; Jeran Adamson, Alverda, Pa; 1 great grandson, 2 great granddaughters, 1 brother, 5 sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

Private service will be held for the immediate family members. The family will hold a celebration of Helen’s life at the Silver Canoe Campground Bingo Hall on March 28, 2026.
