Natalie Carter, 52, passed away on February 1, 2025, at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Natalie was Jehovah Witness by faith.
Natalie is survived by her parents, Barbara and Jerome Offhaus; uncle, Gene and Shiela Offhaus of West Seneca, NY; uncle, Roger Smielecki of Chester, VA; and uncle, Steve and Amy McFarland of Douglasville, GA.
Natalie is preceded in death by her grandparents; five uncles; and four aunts.
Honoring Natalie's wishes, there will be no public services.
