Priscilla J. Fleck

Priscilla Jane Johnston Fleck, 85, of Shawville Highway, Clearfield, died Thursday July 3, 2025 at her home after a 8 month battle with stomach cancer.

Born January 8, 1940 in South Philipsburg the child of Earl Leroy and Bertha Bean Johnston. Pat as she was affectionately called, married Norman D. Fleck On October 6, 1956 in Philipsburg and were married 61 years until his death in 2017.

Pat was the youngest of 7 children and loved telling stories of growing up and life in South Philipsburg. She worked as sales clerk at Ames and Murphy Mart and was a factory worker at Berg Electronics. She enjoyed her retirement going to auctions and yard sales and sitting on her swing in the shade in the pines and talking and listening to her sons sing and play guitar. She is survived by her sons Norman A."Tony" and wife Carol of DuBois, Jeffrey and wife Tammy of Frenchville, 3 Grandchildren Toni Annette Butler of DuBois, Todd C. Fleck of DuBois, and Daniel P. Fleck of Chester Hill and 2 Great grandchildren Julianne Elizabeth and Michael Matthew Butler.

Her brother Donald Johnston, Fayetteville, N.C. and sister Alice Blickley of Manville, N.J. She was preceded in death by her husband Norman D., two brothers Leroy, Hiram, and one sister Laura Jean Folwer.

There will be no public visitation.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
