Thomas A. Lewis 61, of Martinsburg, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at UPMC Altoona.
Born September 15, 1958, he was the son of Thomas C. and Hazel L. (Clabaugh) Lewis.
Thomas worked as a farm hand for most of his life.
In honoring Thomas's wishes, there will be no public service observed at this time.
