Pick Up Instructions

You can pick up your loved one's cremated remains Monday-Friday between 9 AM-2:30 PM. Please make an appointment for pickup, as we are not always available with other appointments, funerals, etc. One of our staff members will reach out to coordinate pickup with you. On average, you can expect your loved one’s cremated remains to be ready for pickup within a week from the day of death.
